- 1 heaping handful peeled potato skins (sweet potato or normal)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 pinch (less than ⅛ tsp) cayenne pepper (opt.)
- 1 pinch (less than ⅛ tsp) paprika (opt.)
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Toss the potato skins, olive oil, salt, cayenne pepper (opt.) and paprika (opt.) in a bowl until fully mixed together.
Spread out the potato skin evenly across a sheet-pan. To make the cleanup easier you can add tinfoil (remember that you can use one sheet of tinfoil multiple times and clean it between uses) or a silicone baking sheet to the sheet-pan.
Once your oven is preheated, add them to the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the potato peels start to look nice and crisp. Then, take the potato peel chips out of the oven and allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Enjoy! You can also put them in a container and enjoy them throughout your week or share with others!
